We had a very good stay in this comfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and responded promptly to requests. Booked king room with ample space for working. The room had a fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and a seating area plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. We liked spending 1 night here.

The spacious guest room wasvery comfy and tidy. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout, always keen to assist. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the freshly brewed coffee was a standout. The room's decor felt a bit outdated, and the laundry service was lacking, leading to frustration. While the location is convenient for business travelers, it lacks leisure amenities for non-business stays.

This hotel is located in a vital location, and very suitable for the business class because it contains the meeting rooms are eligible for the work of conferences, lectures and workshops.
Of course, in my plan you intend to stay for two days but stayed only one day. For the following reasons: - 1 - There are maintenance and restoration of the entrance and this caused me a headache in the process of entry and exit from the hotel. In addition to the length of the distance to the parking because of the restoration list. 2 - room need to provide some of the things (the basics), such as: Iron machine, bathroom slippers, and sockets do not comply with standard specifications have not been able to charge my mobile even been provided adapter. 3 - the contents of the room too old to disproportion international hotel (I have pictures of it) 4 - When attending the first day requested to provide a bed for the child has not been provided until I left. 5 - way, cleaning and bathing in the bathroom is disproportionate to our Arab culture and when asked to change room to another room. It turns out that all the rooms as well as the others.

The lobby area is nice
The hotel is under renovation. It is difficult to enter to the hotel. Also the construction activitis 24 hours. I stayed in the 6 th floors. It was so noisy during the night that I could not sleep.

The hotel staff were very helpful in everything. I felt welcomed and comfortable there (and I traveled as a single female on business). The location is great- easy access to everything- and the taxi drivers know the hotel, which makes it easy to get around. The business center staff were very helpful, the lobby/ lounge was comfortable for informal meetings. A great experience.
